ABOUT LAKESIDE TOOL

Lakeside Tool, Inc. is a family-owned business based in Rochester, NY that specializes in automotive, heavy duty, farm and industrial tools and equipment.

Our company began in 2010 as a side business consisting of a 3/4 ton pick-up truck and $10,000 worth of tools purchased on consignment. The pick-up was loaded and run all over the Northeast, calling on heavy duty shops, farms, mines and oil & gas operations.

Over the next four years the business grew rapidly and the idea of opening a store began to take shape. On July 1, 2014, we opened our doors to the public. Lakeside Tool is now a 7,200 sq-ft store stocked floor-to-ceiling with over $1,000,000 worth of name-brand and import tools and equipment. Our in-stock selection and access to specialty items is unmatched in Upstate New York. Our mission is to provide a huge selection of name brand tools at affordable prices while insuring that our customers receive industry leading customer service.
